TAMMY AND THE T-REX
26 February 2023 // 7:30 pm - 11:30 pm
| PAY WHAT YOU CANTammy (Denise Richards) is a normal teenage girl who is deeply in love with her sensitive new boyfriend, Micheal (Paul Walker). But when Tammy’s jealous ex-boyfriend throws Micheal to the lions (literally), a pair of mad scientists decide he’s a perfect candidate for their latest experiment. But can you really transplant the brain of a teenage boy into a giant robotic dinosaur? It’s time to find out.
With a mishmash of tones that range between teen melodrama, screwball comedy and demented trash horror, the original release cut out the blood, guts and gore to try and appeal to a family audience. It didn’t work, and we’ll be screening the original “gore cut” to enjoy the over the top dino carnage.
Join What The Film Club at Archive for another night of comedy cinema, drinks and popcorn for our social screening of TAMMY AND THE T-REX, with an onsite bar, introduction from the What The Film Club team and a free WTF raffle.
